About Party Binder

On r/partyplanning, someone asked what apps people use to plan parties. They loved hosting but found the logistics (budget, decorations, all the moving parts) stressful. The answers were telling:

• Working out how much food and drink to buy, and who owes whom afterwards, are real headaches.

Dedicated apps were described as "either super basic or way overcomplicated." So Party Binder aims for the middle. It's one shared place where co-planners vote on the big decisions and lock them in, guests RSVP from a link, and the checklist, budget and timeline come pre-filled for your party type. Nobody has to sign up.
